Scheduling a Room

Create a calendar event in Outlook or webmail. Set the location to the room you want to reserve using the search term from the table above. Use the scheduling assistant to help see availability.

Add to your Client Using Outlook

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Select the Calendar View
  3. Select Open Calendar -> Open Shared Calendar
  4. In the open a Shared Calendar Window, Select Name...
  5. Search for the calendar you would like to see (I have listed the rooms above) Note: Address Book should be Global Address List

Add to your Client Using the Web Client

  1. Login to https://mail.gatech.edu
  2. Select the Calendar View
  3. Select Import Calendar on the left side bar.
  4. Select From Directory on the left side Import Calendar from the Directory
  5. Enter one of the room email addresses then select Add
