5K20.36 Boiling Water with Eddy Currents

PURPOSE: To demonstrate Eddy Currents

DESCRIPTION: There is a special ring which boils water by eddy currents. (There is a trough cut in the aluminum of the ring which holds about 10 ml of water). The water boils in less than a minute when the ring is forced down on the core.
