PURPOSE: To demonstrate the time constant for RC Capacitors

DESCRIPTION: There is a 16,000 uF electrolytic capacitor carefully matched with a certain meter and resistance to give a slow exponential charge and discharge -- you could time it with a watch (Howey-Prosser 0136-01-18). Qualitative only, please, these monster electrolytics are very non-linear.
