PURPOSE: To demonstrate the doppler effect to students

DESCRIPTION: The device is held by the central handle while the arm rotates about the user's head. Features include continuous sound from the speaker or the speaker sounding only at 2 points in the cycle. (If the apparatus is positioned correctly, the 2 points can be when the speaker is moving towards and away from the students. The effect is most easily heard in this configuration.)
