2B20.40 Pascal's Vases

PURPOSE: To demonstrate that pressure is independent of vessel shape and proportional to liquid depth. To show that water seeks the same level independent of the volume's shape.

DESCRIPTION: The classic demonstration. We have an apparatus which consists of a number of "vases" hooked to a single reservoir.
