Spin yourself (or a unlucky student) s..l..o..w..l..y on the stool with arms (and weights) fully extended. S..l..o..w..l..y pull the weights into your chest.

SUGGESTIONS: Slowly is the key word here. It is very easy to get thrown off the stool. Be careful. This is fun for students to play on after class.
