UPDATE: There is a mistake on the solution to the "electric field of a cylinder" problem. The field value used to calculate the flux should have been 3e3 V/m instead of 4.5e3 V/m.

    Note Taker Announcement (from ADAPTS):
    A student note taker is needed in this course (PHYS2212-K) to take notes for a student with a disability. The note taker will be paid a stipend for this assignment. Skills needed are the ability to take accurate, legible, and organized notes and a commitment to attend every lecture.     Important note on textbooks
    As of Mon. Jan. 8, the textbooks have not arrived at the Barnes and Noble bookstore. There are books at the Engineer's Bookstore, but not enough for the whole class. If you are unable to get a textbook, you can download a copy of the first chapter of the book here.

    Also, download the Vector Appendix of the textbook here.

    Textbooks should be at Barnes and Noble by the end of the first week of class.

    If your textbook does not come bundled with a WebAssign access code:
    You can purchase a WebAssign access code online. Click on the main WebAssign page when you log in.

    If you have recently added the class, changed lab sections, or are unable to access WebAssign:
    Please email me your name, GT user name, GT ID number, and lab section, and I'll set up your WebAssign account.
